El proyecto de vino natural<\/h2>\n

Para la crianza de nuestros vinos optamos deliberadamente por \u00e1nforas de arcilla como forma ancestral y natural de almacenamiento. En comparaci\u00f3n con los barriles de madera las \u00e1nforas son de olor y sabor neutros. Nuestros vinos no deben absorber ning\u00fan sabor extra\u00f1o durante su desarrollo en la bodega. Por otro lado, la permeabilidad al ox\u00edgeno tambi\u00e9n puede calcularse con mayor precisi\u00f3n con relaci\u00f3n a la madera. Tambi\u00e9n hay que mencionar la compensaci\u00f3n de la temperatura a trav\u00e9s de la arcilla.<\/p>\n

Estamos orgullosos de recuperar la viticultura en Mijas y sus alrededores y de velar por la conservaci\u00f3n y mejora del suelo. Devolver un terreno de cultivo a su finalidad original en medio de un entorno tur\u00edstico y en condiciones clim\u00e1ticas en parte extremas y luego producir all\u00ed no s\u00f3lo vino, sino vino natural – eso requiere bastante esfuerzo, resistencia y paciencia. Pero el resultado merece la pena.<\/p>\n

Debido al largo tiempo de envejecimiento en la bodega, lamentablemente tenemos que esperar alg\u00fan tiempo m\u00e1s para que nuestros vinos est\u00e9n listos para el mercado.<\/p>\n
